Private Use of Utility Easement

I know that generally, easements are fairly easy to assign, at least partially, but I wasn’t sure if there were restrictions on a municipality doing something like that when the easement was part of a dedicated plat.

There is no API, but the command-line client can output JSON which makes it pretty easy to integrate into other tooling.
