Hello all, Sorry but all seem to have not read the original posting from a single handed person who was having trouble in a lock: WHEN he pulled up to a full lock his rail was four feet plus from the top of any cable or line. He had to jump off the boat to reach down and loop a line and was looking for a hood arrangement. Carl Hibbard
