TWL: What did you do today?

Well, spurred on by all those tales of listees changing their fuel filters, priming the system, all whilst ploughing through ten foot waves - I decided it was time I got more familiar with my fuel system, and got stuck into the job myself.

It all depends on the anchor, the holding ground, the boat's structure, and the weather. Until you get experienced, put out all the chain you've got room for in the anchorage. Get into the habit of setting your GPS alarm and if you are in the Bahamas, dive on your anchor to make sure it is set before going to bed.

I get no feedback from the console, and sometimes it happens all the times and for a while it wasn't at all... when the scad source is loaded (either from start up dialog or file menu) a small dialog is shown, which is see through or more exactly no internal content gets drawn at all.

Hi The issue of “technology to back this up” is not a trivial point at all. There is a lot of detailed knowledge in each of these areas. There is also a lot of gear that is specific to this or that kind of work. The gear is fairly easy to take care of and to estimate. The “how long will the learning curve be” part is often the biggest issue.
