Designing and building an OCXO and GPSDO
Sun, Aug 10, 2008 9:45 PM

GPS antenna selection

The advantage there is that the antenna would be somewhat protected (it still gets very hot during summer and very cold during winter, but no rain and no snow) and easy to reach for maintenance. The third alternative would be to put the antenna somewhere in the garden and have a rather long cable running to the house and up to my lab.

Then when done you would have a fantastic wwvb signal strength meter and thats all. Its funny on the nuvistors I thought they would be an issue also. But I have been getting them for 2-3 dollars each and they do not really die all that often.

When the body’s cells freeze, they expand, burst, and then die. Cells that form skin, muscles, nerves, tendons, and blood vessels are all affected, and once those cells die, they cannot be brought back to life.
