We are about to release UHD version 3.6.2, which will be the last version *without* X300/X310 support. It will only have bugfixes for previously released devices. UHD 3.7.0 will be the first version *with* X-series support, and we will release it by the end of next week.

The resulting work would be submitted for inclusion into pjsip (compatible with both licenses).
