Its performance exceeded the Beebe projection by about 1/3 and led to what CaptWil has coined the Beebe coefficient. That is a ratio to be applied to the standard Beebe method to compare a real boat with the Beebe standard. CaptnWil has written on this before.

West Rock Ridge Chimney Swifts

From Steve Broker (Cheshire): 05/05/12 - Woodbridge, West Rock Ridge, from the ridge top above the old quarry and to north and south -- many dozens of (several hundred?) Chimney Swifts from eye level to far over the ridge top. Today, essentially all these birds hawking insects were swifts.

The most bizarre system of all is about to be imposed on my former colleagues at Swiss Broadcasting: a new daily timesheet, in which all work activity must be recorded at 15-minute intervals.
