Holiday Beach Hawk Watch (10 Nov 2022) 11 Raptors
Thu, Nov 10, 2022 8:43 PM
Only 10 raptors were seen today mostly in the morning. There were four red tails, a red shoulder, three harriers, one turkey vulture, a sharpie and a coop. After two hours of hawkless skies I called it a day. They were likely travelling out of sight to the north. Non-raptor Observations: The usuals were out and about today.

[Ontbirds] Aug.30th - Toronto Islands Migration - ( Lousiana Waterthrush, Connecticut Warbler, etc. )
Thu, Aug 31, 2006 1:48 AM
If arriving in early am you must obtain your ticket from a machine just inside the gate so be sure to have $1.00 and $2.00 and/or 25 cent coins before you arrive at the docks as there is no place to get change and the machine does not make change. (There is a change machine there if you want to chance it).
