However, I think that by responding to ALL we can, individually, delete those that we do not want. If people take exception to the fee I too would like to know and the reasons why. I don't know if anyone else has this problem but me so I'll end here without pontificating. Share your experiences with ALL and we can continue to get better.

The water between this buoy and the tip of the island to starboard marking the top of the passage is on average 40 feet deep, so most pleasure boats cut the corner and take the buoy on the port side. But larger vessels, tugs, etc. all take it on the starboard side heading down the channel, port heading out of the channel.

FWIW - I have been running an Alltel plan for three phones, 1000 minutes with free nights and weekends and free mobile to mobile for $125/mo which includes unlimited data via one tethered phone. I see data rates as high as 1MB. No land line for the last three years. I use one of the other phones for times when I need both Internet access and phone simo.
