So anyone wishing to visit must call ahead. Leave a message if you have to. Mr. Jurmain is quite happy to have birders but please use your discretion as Mr. Jurmain works from his home during the weekdays. Mr. Jurmain suggests that the weekend is the best time to visit and there are no visits allowed if he is not home.

Just got back from visiting to the Toronto Islands with Margaret Liubavicius and Ian Cannell and a very productive but windy visit it was and following are some of the birds we found on and over The Islands.

If anyone is planning on visiting The Islands this weekend then remember this is a holiday weekend and it will be crowded over there, especially Centre Island.
