NCL Board Meeting - Wed. Dec. 16 at 10:30
Mon, Dec 14, 2015 3:01 PM
I decided to go with 10:30am on the 16th, because that all of the officers are available at that time. I believe only Silja is unavailable, but she had indicated that she could join us at 11am. Apologies to Silja but I didn’t think it was wise to put off the meeting much longer. I’ll put together an agenda tomorrow.

Re: GL: Transit Great Lakes Starting Oct 10

The captain wants to leave Oct 10. which I think is nuts. I have discussed the main issues but having never done this route...all my deliveries have been Erie / outside East Coast runs...I don't have an appreciation for weather on Huron and Michigan in mid/late Oct. BTW, the captain has never done this route either. Any suggestions, warnings.

Re: [USRP-users] about 10 Gig ethernet configuration

With 10 GbE over copper, the shorter the better. If you need the length, you should be using fibre. If you still have issues, please provide a little more information: Are you connected directly with the X310 or through a switch? How are you testing the performance? Are you using your own application or benchmark_rate?

Re: 10 MHz Distribution Best Practices?
Sun, Mar 26, 2023 9:52 PM
You still are past a half wave at 10 MHz / 30M. You can’t get around unterminated cables acting as antennas at that sort of distance. If you can distribute the amplifiers here and there, you *might* be able to reduce that a bit. Three amps spaced < 30’ apart (with good coax in between) would be a start. How many “endpoints” are there?
