10/12 Harkness SP sparows etc.
Tue, Oct 13, 2009 12:07 PM
10/12 -- I should have sent this in yesterday. Just a reminder for those in southeastern CT: Harkness SP is awash in sparrows right now. Wish I had had more time to spend there yesterday.

Racor 2 Micron vrs 10 Micron
Thu, Jun 29, 2006 7:49 PM
Hi, Brian: As you know, I'm reticent to put forth an opposing point of view, but here goes: Racor recommends 30 or 10 micron primaries with a 500-hour change interval; Lugger recommends changing the secondary at 600 hours. Based on experience, I believe that's conservative, and so I go about twice that.

Re: T&T: 2 10 30 Micron Filters??

The 30 vs 10 vs 2 micron argument has been hashed on this list many times. My personal opinion, mind you, very personal, is that if what I have is working for me, than there are plenty of other things not working that need my attention...

this sort of stuff is a LOT cheaper and more rugged, and more than capable of sending 10 MHz clock Cable https://uk.farnell.com/broadcom-limited/hfbr-rus100z/cable-fibre-optic-1-fibre/dp/1247714 Drivers http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/1812660.pdf?
