All of the top Z values would have been calculated using the same numbers, as would all of the bottom Z values. Those top Z values would either all be the same as the bottom Z values of the next layer, or would all be different. In either case, you're OK.

I did notice that the resistors R112 and R113 near P2 on > the top board seem odd. R112 looks to be soldered very poorly and R113 is > missing completely! Of course, you do not need a flat, but there are advantages to at least rounding off the top edge. If left pointed, then you will need to adjust the mating profile in the real world. You can use offset to get the profile of the fitting, with a negative delta value for the radius of router to get the shape around the pointy top.
