Re: [time-nuts] Coherent optical clock down-conversion for microwave frequencies with 10^−18 instability

The fractional frequency instability observed was 10-16 (1 x 10^-16) over a 1 second interval. The frequencies I listed above are approximate -- they actually measured a 1.5 MHz beat note between the ~10 GHz signals.

Cove bunting Report:
Tue, Mar 10, 2015 9:24 PM
So far the Bunting has been seen from 8:30 -9-:30 Am 10:00, 10:30, 10:45, 11:26, 12:30, 12:45, 2:15, 2:40, 3:25, 4:00,4:50, and 5:15. So the thinking is that this bird is pretty happy with the offerings at the feeder and sticking around. It was nice to see everyone today and glad you had a nice visit. I’ll keep you posted. My requirement/desire is to have a 10 MHz > standard for my lab that I can trust to an accuracy of 7 decimal places (10 > ppb?), so anything that is good to a few ppb is certainly adequate for what > I am looking for.

Have had up to 75 Pine Siskins visiting our feeder during the past 3 weeks. Occasionally a couple of Common Redpolls joined then. To-day, Feb. 5th, about 50 Pine Siskins, accompanied by 10 Common Redpolls and surprisingly, 5 Hoary Rdepolls. In addition, daily visits by 2 Downey Woodpeckers both females, no males this year, Northern Cardinal, D.E.

Luis, I have been considering a trip to the Med and have followed Med Matters section of Motor Boats Monthly - where it was reported that the charges for Marbella - which is billed as the 2nd largest marina on the Costa de So are Pta 1716 for a 33 ft ( 10 meter ) boat - about 15/ 16 dollars a night for visiting boats in high season from June to Sept.
