Mobile phone, not Air Card

A much better solution is to get >a higher-end mobile phone that can handle email, simple web browsing, and >other applications (tides, chart plotting, etc). You can connect any of >these phones to your PC/Mac when you want to get online with the larger >screen. Amplify the phone and you now have a better communications tool for >voice AND data.

Mobile WiFi

Steve, AT&T sells a mobile hotspot. They come with there own SIM card (phone number) and can be added to your existing data/phone plan. For greater signal strength when offshore, look at the Wilson cellular boosters. We used one for years on the RV and it increased signal by at least 1 bar.

Alcorn leads HBCUs in graduate upward mobility
Thu, Jun 21, 2018 10:33 AM
Minority-serving institutions (MSIs) play an integral role in the educations of students from low-income families and communities of color where educational attainment is disproportionately low and income mobility can be stagnant. Alcorn is one of many MSIs that serve as engines of upward mobility for millions of students.

TWL: Stove tops and Convection microwaves
Mon, Sep 16, 2002 1:32 PM
I'd rather stick to electric at this stage, much as I like gas for cooking I want to avoid all the extra plumbing and tanks. Any feedback on electric stove tops and convection/microwaves, recommendations and their performance would be very much appreciated. Ron Barr M/V Lady Brookhaven 42ft Hatteras LRC

Maybe the computer doesn't transfer messages back to the mobile device for some reason? I'll be glad if someone can help me. Maybe there are some settings on the mobile/computer that I need to change. Thanks, Emil.
