Simple method for comparing 10 MHz signals
Thu, Jan 10, 2013 12:29 AM
I kept putting off buying a nice counter and finally decided to try a phase detector circuit to compare 10 MHz standards. It’s not novel, but I like the results so far. It lets me see things I couldn’t see before. I thought the idea might be useful to some of us who are equipment-limited.

10 MHz output level from DATUM 9390...
Sat, Dec 15, 2012 9:21 PM
Gang, Does anyone have a DATUM 9390 series GPS receiver that can tell me what the (50 Ohm) terminated output level of the 10 MHz spigot is. One of mine started spurring and the other one is clean, but seems way to high in output level. Thanks, Burt, K6OQK Burt I.

Probable Western Meadowlark 10/24, 3:00pm
Thu, Oct 24, 2019 7:59 PM
10/24. 2:50-3:30pm. Westport, Sherwood Is. - what we believe was the WESTERN MEADOWLARK afforded great views in the grass near the model airplane tarmac. It was a distinctly grayer and paler and slimmer/smaller bird, with definite white flanks. Good looks in direct comparison to two Easterns. Many photos.
