Both computers use UHD 3.15 built from source (Github), running windows 10. On Computer A, I am able to run uhd_usrp_probe.exe without any issues.

Yellow-billed Cuckoo - Greenwich Point 10/7

Old Greenwich, Greenwich Point Park 10/7-
Fairly quiet First Sunday Bird Walk with 2 sightings of Cooper’s Hawks – but last bird of the walk was a Yellow-billed Cuckoo at edge of wood at west side of main picnic area. Also 5 Brant flying west and 2 Juncos.

If you have 10 Hz bandwidth and you want milli-Hz
bins, that takes 2x10x1000 samples. Right? I'd expect that to fit easily.
That's 20K samples, at 8 bytes each, round up to 10, call it 200K bytes.
Jumping to micro-Hz might get interesting. That would be 200 megabytes.
Lots of laptops have room for that. Maybe not an old one.
