Re: [time-nuts] Looking for datasheet for Oscilloquartz 8602

It is interesting that either folks look at phase noise or ADEV, but few seems to be looking at both sides of the coin, depending on what they are doing. Cheers, Magnus

Re: [time-nuts] First success with very simple, very low cost GPSDO

How could such a person "figure out the EFC voltage needed" with out either coining cycles? I'm thinking about turning the overflow counter off after lock. But without one I think we have a chicken and egg problem where you would need an accurate frequency reference to build a GPSDO. -- Chris Albertson Redondo Beach, California

As it turns out, even gold coin has two sides to it. >> I have found that Shlepnev and McMorrow conducted extensive research and published data, some of which is presented here http://www.simberian.com/Presentations/NickelCharacterizationPresentation_emc2011.pdf > > the ever useful http://www.microwaves101.com/ site has an excellent discussion of this under

Re: new docs for Objects and object() function

I'd probably flip a coin, put it with either strings or lists, and put a cross-reference from the other. There should be a master list, probably alphabetical, somewhere, but that should only be an index.

importing "all" of an SVG
Wed, May 31, 2023 8:27 PM
All three SVG files have the same values of: width="571.5mm" height="428.625mm" viewBox="0 0 571.5 428.625" Am I correct that OpenSCAD is not preserving this information upon import? Thanks, Ken

Re: boat transport

She is 52" Overall length, 15' beam and 26' from the keel to the top of the pilot house. I understand there are truckers that will take the boat west to east through Mexico. They have no bridge problems and the cost is much less. As soon as I have some information about this I will let you know.
