un-refreshed cache (?) issue (on Windows 10)

First of all this is Windows 10. It goes this way: module m(...){ ... } m(); then I modified content, lets say, add an echo: module m(...){ ... ; echo(...); } m(); but the revised content is not reflected (in this case, nothing is showing up in the console).

From Frank Mantlik 10/9. Stratford, Lordship Seawall - pair of Black Scoters swimming close in off rocks in front of Marnicks Restaurant now. Seem happy here. Also 4 Forster's Terns, 2 Common Loons. Stratford Point, w/ Nick Bonomo - 3 fly-by Black Scoters, 9:40 am.

It was in a house that her father was working on. It flew onto her father's hand. He brought it outside, but it flew back into the house and onto his hand again before he got it to stay outside.
