I'm looking for the best secure way to manage password history when an user resets(or creates a new) user id in a secure pci dss website. Should we maintain single user Id per account and wipe out or overwrite the existing user Id and password history .

On Wednesday, 26 May, a Western Meadowlark was singing on top of a half-dead birch tree, in front of the research station of the Bruce Peninsula Bird Observatory,at Cabot Head, on the Georgian Bay. And on May, 27, a late Rough-legged Hawk was observed soaring at mid-day. Cabot Head Research Station is located near Dyer’s Bay, on the Bruce Peninsula.
