I want this to be as comfortable & safe as possible for all concerned and I like the idea of the all chain rode for holding power. My questions are this. One it its great advantages is that the element is so easy to inspect. Just remove the top and/or remove the element and observe. The fluid flows up a passage in the center of the filter to a chamber on top of the filter element. Then it flows through the entire length of the paper element to the outlet.

Think how easy that would make life. No more paying for movies, groceries, marina slips, fuel etc. Just walk through the scanner, and the amount is deducted from your bank account.
