The basic package is free (web site, file manager, etc). There are a few restrictions (bandwidth, amount of disk storage, etc) and you have to put up advertising when you visit the site. You will get a web site url in the form of www.geocities.com/xxx (you get to pick the xxx but http://www.geocities.com/mascot is available).

TWL: Fuel price web site

Here is a neat web site that allows folks to post fuel prices at marinas they visit, as well as other marina information. It's still in it's infancy, so you probably won't find too much info. yet, but as folks start to use it, it will probably have a lot more information.
