What risk management is all about is not allowing corporations to let people die for a greater profit...nor for only the very rich to be able to have a boat. Risk management is about spreading the risk widely so everyone shares fairly in the many, many risks that are faced in different parts of our nation...it seems to me.

O2 is consumed by O2 organisms and they die. CO2 needers die too coz there's no longer any plants to produce CO2. Dead, smelly water. For the purposes of engines, it's clean water. Engines running, you'll see a little growth but not much. Been running down from New Orleans the last several months and it is not a problem. The sea chest is.

Frequencies for protocols that are not used much anymore, or can be easily generated from another frequency that is more common, are bound to die out (as has happend with all those UART crystals, which are only used in legacy systems or for historical reasons).
