Fuel and Water Monitoring System

The top of my tank isn't thick enough to thread. Does anyone know of sending units for fuel and water that require small openings in the top of the tanks? TIA Mike Coble "Twocan"

Re: [OpenSCAD] Programming in Functional OpenSCAD

Torleif: If I add 'c="TOP";' to the beginning of the program, then I get ECHO: "TOP" ECHO: "TOP" which is correct behaviour for lexical scoping. If I then wrap this entire program in a module, like so: module top() { ... } top(); then the behaviour doesn't change, so that's lexical scoping inside a module.

Rob, I agree with you 100%, Top forever. Had K7MLR At 06:29 AM 5/23/2011, you wrote: >I couldn't resist commenting about how top posting annoys you. >Interestingly, I have always top posted ever since my first email way, way >back. Everyone else I dealt with in business did it that way.

Making strange objects
Thu, Feb 2, 2023 3:18 AM
Works fine ... except the shape of the top and bottom of the final object is not the same as the original objects because hull() uses straight line perimeters on the original shapes. What am I missing? When the final object is "hulled" I would like the top and bottom to match closely the shapes of the original top and bottom objects.

TWL: Maptech, buyer beware
Thu, Mar 27, 2003 2:50 AM
This package is listed as catalog number CDBA on Maptech's website. This coverage area used to be Maptech Chartpack 163 and before that it was Chartpack 15, neither of which is listed on Maptech's site anymore (Maptech's website does not tell you this but you can figure it out if you go to Landfall's website).

Re: [PUP] Connecting chain to the boat (what I did!)

Reinstalled the 30 nuts to the studs (of course one would not go on, so needed to use a die to clean up the threads, and of course it was in a place where the handle for the die could not be used.... so...) and turned the room back over the admiral for dressing. My thanks to all.
