Historic day 10/29
Sat, Oct 29, 2022 1:35 PM
Hi all, As I’m sure many are aware, Superstorm Sandy hit CT 10 years ago today. Intrepid birders found many rare pelagic species that day. And 2 years ago today I found CT’s first Pacific Golden-Plover in Stratford during a cold rainy nor’easter. Good birding! Frank Mantlik Stratford Sent from my iPhone

Although I don't see > a > real need to run OpenSCAD on the PI2, I am guessing it should work under > Raspbian already, and therefore no need to worry about Windows 10 IoT?

Re: [time-nuts] 10 MHz -> 16 MHz
Sun, Sep 30, 2018 5:05 PM
Digikey 800-1073-5-ND Solder time less than 10 minutes. I had the 3V3-Version in the parts drawers, officially it takes the 5V version to generate the 160 MHz, but the 3V3 version happened to work, too. The difference between 120 and 160 MHz is just a GND wire on pin 6 (vs. open) Divide by 10 is left as an exercise.

Simple GPS 10 MHz frequency standard
Thu, Jun 19, 2008 2:58 PM
I think everyone on this discussion board is way ahead of me, but if anyone's interested I have a simple, analog PLL, GPS 10 MHz standard design that I just built. It uses a Motorola Oncore M12+ with the output set to 100 Hz instead of 1 PPS. I have only checked it by using a free-running 10 MHz OCXO and my 'scope.
