10/26 Canton, Canton Yard - 1 AMERICAN WOODCOCK , flying around the yard while I was watching a GREAT HORNED OWL perched in my backyard tree (5:30am). 5 PURPLE FINCH have also found my feeder. 10/27 Hartford, Cedar Hill Cemetery - 4 RUSTY BLACKBIRD, 3 FIELD SPARROW. Paul Cianfaglione Canton

The 5 mil is relitatively flexable--much more than the 21 mil. I'm not following this part.
