TWL: Re: Chart Drawer Size

it doesn't pull out, it has two panels piano hinged on top that slide back out of the way) is about 4" deep. I can put a complete set of Puget Sound Charts, B.C. charts past Prince Rupert and Southeast Alaska charts. I have them all. I keep them in numerical order so it is easy to check the right corner and see what chart you have.

Front end suggestion
Sun, Sep 6, 2015 8:34 AM
Love the new front end, makes things very easy to use. There is one thing that I would love to see. We now have icons across the top of the editor. We also have the very useful cheat sheet. Would it be possible to link the two to save typing and syntax errors. I think it would make things very simple for newbies and get them on board.

Parking Time - was US New Year countdown - accurate?
Mon, Jan 2, 2012 12:44 PM
Earlier this year I noticed that a new "pay and display" meter in the city center (Cambridge UK) has what appears o be a GPS patch antenna on top. Presumably a GPS receiver is cheaper than manually setting time or arguing it out in court. Anyone got information on this application? I suppose it could also be a data antenna.

Dinghy on the Erie canal
Sun, May 14, 2006 8:36 PM
It is very easy to plan your stops every night so you are within walking distance of stores and restaurants. By in large, the New York Canal System is one of the best kept secrets of cruising on the East Coast. And to top it all off this year, the usage fee has been waived. Thus, the entire canal system is free.

Awlgrip Questions
Fri, May 16, 2008 3:11 AM
It is painted with Sky Blue Awlgrip (3 yrs ago) and the boat name is painted on top of that. I have been advised to use MEK or Easy Off Oven cleaner to remove the name. MEK did not work at all. Easy Off did remove the name but it left white streaks on the paint.
