Miss Happ Due For Some Engine Work

Ahoy All: Had a mechanic check over the 135hp Ford Lehman diesel. The diagnosis is that the small amount of engine coolant that I need to replace while cruising, plus the white steam that sometimes comes out the exhaust, are due to a very small leak in the heat exchanger.

However, seeing that a) for a fixed location, it's relatively easy to figure out which downlink channels are used by base stations, and b) it's pretty likely that there will be regular communication between base stations and a mobile phone, you should be able to detect the presence.
