On the other hand.... we have the highest, or one of the highest, fuel
taxes in the country. And while our road taxes don't apply to diesel
fuel used for marine purposes, the sales taxes do.

coined the salesman term " booz cruze". i have to agree that these people
will not be educated. but its fun to bitch about it. as one guy said after
he asked his buddy how he was doing and his friend replied " i cant
complain" he asked why, are you dead ?
