e this bird the space it needs to find food. If there is a large group of people, it would be better to stay near the parking area. When groups of people stay just past the info sign in the grass by the river they have gotten excellent views of the bird by the ledge. Like any other bird, if people spread out and crowd the area, then the bird is pushed away and hides out of sight for longer periods of time. I have watched this bird everyday since Sunday and it is usually easy to see, with some intermittent periods of 15-30 mins before it returns. A little patience is needed. If it stays through the weekend I am hoping that crowds do not overwhelm it. Bird. Eat. Sleep. Repeat. Dan Rottino East Haddam

made the trip especially to find it this morning for people coming in from Canada to see it. Looks like I will probably have an early closing so I will try to go find it in my 4x4 truck in the afternoon depending on release time and driving conditions, etc. Humbly yours, Dan Rottino Lord of the Flycatcher, East Haddam

In case my e-mail is shorter than you enjoy: I am currently trying short replies instead of no replies at all. Please let me know, if you like to read more. Enjoy!

Re: [time-nuts] Small time server for mobile use.

Has anyone had practical experience with small commercially available time servers / ntp servers suitable for mobile use in a vehicle. The use case is I am in need of an accurate (ie. within 100 ms) time source for several pc's in moving vehicle.
