Looking at the wiring chart from Ancor (http://www.marinco.com/page/conductor-sizes) our MINIMUM conductor size is #1 cable, but for a 10 foot run and low voltage drop I'd be using #0.

Re: [time-nuts] Comparing 10 MHz Oscillators at 10 GHz
Wed, Jan 5, 2011 4:52 PM
I have drawn a circuit but not actually built that uses a ADF4002 and a DDS block to lock a 100 MHz signal to a 10 MHz signal where the DDS will provide the possibility to offset the 100 MHz signal in small amounts. I plan to lock two low noise WENZEL 100 MHz OCXOs to the 10 MHz sources with one of them with a small offset.

Top 10 Trawlers
Tue, Dec 29, 1998 11:11 PM
How about the best two or three in 10' classes starting with 25 or 30'. Of course, in the process of coming up with the best 10 trawlers of all time, we may very well cover all those varied sizes, anyway. In any case, here goes: 1. Willard 40 2. Krogen 42 3. Bill Brees' custom steel 65' PH "Where To" 4. Krogen 48 5. Willard 30/4 6.

Re: [time-nuts] Motorola Oncore UT+ firmware upgrade & backup power questions

But then again coin batteries are go easy to use why not use one? If you are worried about hold over performance during a power glitch, you need a big 12V gel cell battery that can supply the biggest load which has to the heater on the OCXO.
