We would like to thank Brian and Fran for helping with the count, and Marcos, Lou, Toni, Linda, and Todd for visiting us today. Weather: Sunny all day with some cloud, temperatures increasing from 13 to 18C during the count period. Winds began from the north before slowly shifting to the southwest.

The kerf size is in the 10 micron range... it does not cut Kapton well, or stainless at all. The value, quality, and turn-around from all these places is amazing. In the olden days, one was paying $50 a square inch for a single prototype board with 4 week turn-around.

If you dig into the FCS papers there are various curves proposed as models. Mil-O-55310 has one of them as the “official” approach. All of them have the basic issue of mistakenly fitting to to short a time constraint. Bob >  The aging rate appears to be stable from unit to unit, so naturally I considered the OCXO first.
