Ok, so, I'll echo Marcus Ms comment.  You have two "competing" 
installations of UHD -- one that is bound with Gnu Radio, and another
   that is bound with a different install of UHD outside of the Gnu 
Radio environment.  They are two different versions with two different
   FPGA requirements.
