[USRP-users] uhd_usrp_probe to N310 fails with DPDK

Fixed the issue!

I had a small syntax error in my uhd.conf file (typo) and it didn't throw a
parsing error. Fixed that and it came up as expected. Basically the IP
address of the 10GigE wasn't properly set, so it failed.
