I've never had to do this myself, but folks who've had to use the 
"Impact" tool from the ISE package (since N2xx use ISE and not Vivado).

Use the appropriate .bit file from the "bit" subdirectory of the images 
directory that UHD installs usually under <prefix>/share/uhd/images
