[USRP-users] RFNoC Readback Register

the gr-ettus code doesn't currently have that API call, but it's an easy
thing to add and we can provide a patch pretty soon.

If you have C++ code on the GNU Radio side (like rfnoc_fir_cci*, for
example) it would be easy to add by using the user_reg_read* API calls
in UHD.
