Hi Bhushan,
it seems the image you've built was made with an FPGA source code
revision that was a bit newer than the UHD used by the Release 4 dev image.
(also, if you want to use your own image, you can't use the
uhd_images_downloader tool -- that would just download our image from
our servers!)

So, the right way to go about this is, on your PC

git clone https://github.com/EttusResearch/uhd.git
cd uhd
git checkout release_003_009_002 ### That's the UHD release of Release 4
git submodule update --init ### This brings the fpga source code to the
FPGA version compatible to above release, and populates the fpga-src
directory

and build the image from the fpga-src directory.
