I assume that after syncing time, all clocks are driven by external
reference in order to not drift, thus supporting mimo assuming you use the
appropriate timed tuning/tx/rx commands?

once :)

Note that you might need multiple PPS pulses if you need to synchronize
device time against an internal GSPDO.

keep syncing to the 1pps periodically or is it sync'ed once when called for
