[USRP-users] USRP N200 selection of a Master and grouping other nodes on available set of channels

Hi,

Is there any one to help me on executing a simple CRN network scenario, in
which i assume that the CRN consists of N secondary users (i.e., USRP
nodes) and M orthogonal spectrum channels. for the simplicity N=6
therefore six USRP nodes using different available channels which can
perform following tasks:

1. initially at t=0, a set of random number is generated and assigned to
each USRP node and on the basis of highest number >Threshold, a node can be
selected as Leader node (Master Node).
2. Each USRP node broadcasts its set of available operating frequencies
(channels).
3. and other nodes which are near to master node associated itself and make
a group.

How can i implement all these three stages on GNU radio? Please help.
(Note: CRN is indoor so RSSI has insignificant effect so thats the reason i
am generating the random number consist of N, if anyone has other
significant metric to suggest kindly suggest)
