[USRP-users] B200 mini not found

I got it working now

I rebuilt form the source on my Fedora 21 x86_64 machine.  I got the

UHD Error:
         USB open failed: insufficient permisssions.
         See the application notes for your device.

Fixed the udev rules (New install did not update) and everything seems
to be good now.
