Which buffer? The buffer of sample data in the TX direction? So you want to "cancel" TX data you already sent to the USRP?
No, not really possible in any practical way, it's a cascade of simple FIFO's, there is no addressability. When you send data to the USRP you effectively commit to it being transmitted.
Stuff is transmitted strictly in the order its received, and only discarded if there are error's in it (Packet corruption, sequence error, late arrival etc).
There are ways you might attempt it with an ugly contrived hack, but it's definitely not recomended.
