Yes, there is a known issue and we are scrambling to get the fix out. The attached patch should fix the issue.

I’m having trouble getting an X310 to fully recognize an installed UBX-160 daughterboard. It looks like the board is recognized, but TX and RX frontends are listed as “unknown”. I am using the new 3.8.3 release and I flashed the FPGA image that was fetched using uhd_images_downloader.
