UHD and GNU Radio are installed according to wiki guide, latest stable
release. USRP B100 and WBX are just from the box.

I would check to make sure that
your WBX is correctly seated in the connectors, and that there are no
bent/broken pins. 

If that doesn't resolve it, send a note to
support at ettus.com
