[USRP-users] Releasing UHD master deb package built against Boost 1.48 for Ubuntu 12.04

Forgot to reply to the list itself.
Once UHD is compiled, you should only have to run 'make package' in the
build directory to generate a deb package. At that point, you would have
already built against Boost 1.48.
